IMPORTANT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT NOTE This particular property takes about 5-6 hours to clean and prepare between each reservation. So to be courteous to our guests' schedules before and after your stay and our cleaning staff's schedules, we CAN NOT accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out in advance. So we kindly ask you to be patient with our team while we prepare the property for your stay. However, if, for whatever reason, the property is available early, we will make sure to let you know on the day of your check-in. POOL HEATER The pool does not have a heater at this time. PETS Our home is pet-friendly, and we love welcoming your furry friends! Remember to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking, as we allow only two pets per stay. Pet fees will be added then, and Airbnb will outline those costs for you. If pets aren't added to the reservation and the pet fees aren't paid, we will request the fee if a pet is brought to the home. GUESTS Please ensure all guests staying at the property are included in your reservation. Airbnb will calculate costs based on the number of guests listed, so your reservation must reflect the correct total. If additional guests arrive and are not included in the original booking, any extra guest fees will be charged to your reservation. CRIB/PACK N' PLAY This property features a versatile Pamo Babe Portable Crib, ideal for families traveling with infants. Please note that we do not offer a traditional crib. However, this foldable crib can be conveniently used as a pack-n-play, travel crib, or crib, providing flexibility and comfort for your little one. Its compact design and easy setup ensure a safe and cozy sleeping environment for your child. Sheets are provided, but we recommend bringing all your childcare needs. POOl INFO Please know that you will inevitably run into leaves in the pool at this property. Although we have twice a week pool service at this property, leaves and debris are outside of our control with all the trees and tropical surroundings in the area. Please know that we also provide a pool net for guests to use if they need to remove some leaves between services. By booking this home, guests understand that we wont provide discounts or refunds for leaves or debris in the pool. GUEST INCLUSIVENESS Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. DISCREPANCIES If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your arrival so we may fix the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any issues mentioned after a reservation has been completed or for anything outside the Host's control - examples are acts of God. Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, hot tub, hot tub heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. Refunds will only be considered if the guest has paid for additional services and those services were unavailable. All other amenities not essential for the livability of the home are considered complimentary and are not eligible for refunds or discounts.
