PETS Our home is pet-friendly, and we love welcoming your furry friends! Remember to add your pet(s) to the reservation when booking, as we allow only two pets per stay. Pet fees will be added then, and Airbnb will outline those costs for you. If pets aren't added to the reservation and the pet fees aren't paid, we will request the fee if a pet is brought to the home. GUESTS Please ensure all guests staying at the property are included in your reservation. Airbnb will calculate costs based on the number of guests listed, so your reservation must reflect the correct total. If additional guests arrive and are not included in the original booking, any extra guest fees will be charged to your reservation. Its compact design and easy setup ensure a safe and cozy sleeping environment for your child. Sheets are provided, but we recommend bringing all your childcare needs. PARKING We have one spot, and only one car is permitted inside the community. Guest parking is available. We do NOT have street parking. GUEST INCLUSIVENESS Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. DISCREPANCIES If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your arrival so we may fix the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any issues mentioned after a reservation has been completed or for anything outside the Host's control - examples are acts of God. Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, hot tub, hot tub heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. The condo is in a great location and nicely appointed. We loved the pretty little patio with tree top and mountain views. Everything you need is within 1-2 miles drive. Cartel Coffee and Mountain Side fitness are just a quick walk across the street. It’s our new go to place in north PV.

Oliver’s place was everything we needed for our stay in the Scottsdale area. It is super conveniently located in a really nice neighborhood and close enough to get on main roads and freeways in order to get around the greater Phoenix area all within 20-30 minutes. Our schedule kept changing so we kept extending our stay. Oliver and his team accommodated that with extremely responsive communication. Would definitely stay here again!
