GENERAL SPACE INFO This newly remodeled home is set up like a duplex and is excellent for those traveling alone, couples, or business travelers. Enter through your private entrance to view a newly remodeled unit with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining area, and kitchen. This unit also has an in-unit washer and dryer for you to use. We've styled this modern mid-century home to provide a downtown apartment feel. THE KITCHEN In the kitchen, we've included a coffee bar outfitted with everything you would need to make fun coffee drinks - with recipes for you to choose from! For those who want to make a drink at night, we also have a cocktail bar as well outfitted with all the tools and recipes to make a late-night cocktail! The kitchen also includes a large fridge with a freezer, reverse osmosis water dispenser for drinking, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, plates, glasses utensils, cutting boards, towels, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. THE BEDROOM SPACES Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed with fresh white linens and four down feather queen-sized pillows. Each bedroom also features a large mirror and nightstand with plenty of plugs for charging your devices. Each bedroom also has a large closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board, and extra blankets. THE BATHROOM The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, shower/tub, hairdryer, hair straighter, towel rack/hooks, and fresh towels. As added amenities, you will be provided complimentary hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and extra towels for your stay. THE LIVING ROOM The living room area features a new West-Elm 5 person sectional leather couch, coffee table, and end table. Enjoy all the streaming services on the 55" Smart HD TV. LAUNDRY We've also included a large in-unit Maytag washer and dryer that are free for you to use! OUTSIDE/PROPERTY INFO The outdoor area for this unit has a new, fully fenced-in backyard. This unit has access to both the front and backyard. There is patio furniture in the backyard. We also have a newly redesigned yard with pomegranate, peach, and kumquat trees!

This neighborhood is experiencing rapid development as many homes are being bought and upgraded/remodeled. The property you will be staying at is in a middle-class strip, with families young and old. Perfect for traveling to all nearby cities, the property is only 8-10 mins away from Old Town (Downtown Scottsdale), Downtown Phoenix, and Downtown Tempe. We love staying here. We felt very comfortable and it was a nice place to relax after a long day of walking. The toiletries were more than enough for 4 days for a family of 2 adults and a toddler. I personally love the make up remover wipes. it also was at a very central location. almost everything we did was about 15 min drive.
