All linens are washed with HOT water and sanitizing products. GENERAL SPACE INFO This newly remodeled guest suite is set up like a duplex and is excellent for those traveling alone, couples, or business travelers. Enter through your private entrance to view a newly remodeled bedroom, bathroom, living area, dining area, and kitchenette. We've styled this modern boho suite to provide a downtown apartment feel into this home. THE BEDROOM SPACE This newly remodeled bedroom features a king-size bed with fresh white linens and four king-sized pillows. The bedroom also features a large arched-top floor mirror and a boho-style nightstand with a touch-controlled table lamp with USB plugs for charging your phones. The bedroom also has a large semi-walk-in closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board, and extra blankets. THE BATHROOM This newly remodeled bathroom includes a sink, toilet, shower/tub, hairdryer, hair straighter, towel rack/hooks, and fresh towels. As added amenities, you will be provided complimentary hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and extra towels for your stay. THE KITCHENETTE/COFFEE BAR The kitchenette includes a large under-counter fridge, 3-in-1 microwave, air fryer, convection oven, Keurig coffeemaker, countertop water dispenser, toaster, plates, glasses, utensils, and towels. The kitchenette is supplied with coffee pods, sugar, and coffee creamer. Like most kitchenettes, this unit does NOT have a kitchen sink. THE LIVING ROOM AREA The living room area features a 3 person pull-out couch with end tables and a 55" Smart TV with all the streaming services you'll need. The pull-out couch is a 5-inch memory foam bed, supplied with fresh white sheets, a Serasoft Blanket, and 2 down feather pillows. OUTSIDE/PROPERTY INFO The outdoor area for this unit has a new, fully fenced-in area with tropical plants, a grapefruit tree hammock, and a seating area.

IMPORTANT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT NOTE This particular property takes about 3-4 hours to clean and prepare between each reservation. So to be courteous to our guests' schedules before and after your stay and our cleaning staff's schedules, we CAN NOT accommodate an early check-in or a late check-out in advance. So we kindly ask you to be patient with our team while we prepare the property for your stay. However, if, for whatever reason, the property is available early, we will make sure to let you know on the day of your check-in. PETS Our home is pet-friendly, and we love welcoming your furry friends! Remember to add your pet to the reservation when booking, as we allow only one pet per stay. Pet fees will be added at that time, and Airbnb will outline those costs for you. If pets aren't added to the reservation and the pet fees aren't paid, we will request the fee if a pet is brought to the home. You will see a mixture of million-dollar homes, condos, middle-class homes, multi-family units, and even trailer parks. This neighborhood is experiencing rapid development as many homes are being bought and upgraded/remodeled. The property you will be staying at is in a middle-class strip, with families young and old. Enjoy street vendors like ice cream trucks, candy or Elote carts that come by nightly! Perfect for traveling to all nearby cities, the property is only 8-10 mins away from Old Town (Downtown Scottsdale), Downtown Phoenix, and Downtown Tempe. The Phoenix airport is only a 5 min drive away! GUEST INCLUSIVENESS Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. DISCREPANCIES If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your arrival so we may fix the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any issues mentioned after a reservation has been completed or for anything outside the Host's control - examples are acts of God. Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, hot tub, hot tub heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. The unit you will be renting is 100% private. Just like hotels, resorts, or apartments, some exterior spaces outside of the home are shared (Parking, walkways). However, there is no shared space within your unit. This property is set up to allow people to rent the whole home. With that, there is a double-hotel-style door connecting the two units together. To gain access to any additional units, you will need to contact the host to rent multiple units - otherwise, gaining access to the other units will be impossible. This space was super cute, clean, and perfect for our week’s stay with our pup. We loved the little shaded side yard with outdoor seating. It was pleasantly tucked away and a very peaceful stay. Highly recommend!
