Its compact design and easy setup ensure a safe and cozy sleeping environment for your child. Sheets are provided, but we recommend bringing all your childcare needs. DISCREPANCIES If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your arrival so we may fix the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any issues mentioned after a reservation has been completed or for anything outside the Host's control - examples are acts of God. Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, hot tub, hot tub heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. Refunds will only be considered if the guest has paid for additional services and those services were unavailable. All other amenities not essential for the livability of the home are considered complimentary and are not eligible for refunds or discounts.
